Customer Relations Representatives

Our customer relations representatives are responsible for growing and maintaining the relationships we have established with clients throughout the Southern California Area. Techologia Solutions Private Limited provides daily training to our customer relations representatives in our Corporate Office for the first 90 days in an effort to become acquainted with our technology, processes and procedures. Customer relations representatives are tasked to meet with clients weekly to review their account history, our support and to propose other products/services that Techologia Solutions Private Limited deems would be beneficial to the customer. Techologia Solutions Private Limited will also provide new client opportunities to the Customer Relations Representative that will allow the CRR to propose and install new products/services.
